All of my listings get DOUBLE EXPOSURE on TWO MLS’s (ARMLS and NAAR)… Arizona Regional MLS (ARMLS) and as a bonus my listings are also placed on Northern Arizona MLS (serving Flagstaff and the surrounding areas).

This is one of my sold listings. I made the LEAD PHOTO by combing two photos together and adding a caption to make this home STANDOUT online at sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, and 1,000’s of other real estate sites.
I take LOTS of photos using a camera with wide-angle lens. Then I select the best photos and adjust and crop them. Finally,  I embed captions in the photos and upload them to MLS. This is just one of many ways my marketing helps my listings STANDOUT online!
